Paramount+正式預訂《笑臉殺手 Happy Face》，改編自同名播客。若預訂成劇，則可能在Paramount+上線(CBSAA明年改名)。
《傲骨之戰》主創金夫婦聯手《法官》編劇Jennifer Cacicio共同打造，後者領頭該劇編劇室。
該播客講述了M elissa Moore，在15歲時發現自己父親Keith Hunter Jesperson是一名連環殺手，因為他在給媒體和叫公訴人的信上畫笑臉，而被人稱作"笑臉殺手"。成年的Moore換了姓氏，切斷了和正在服刑的父親的一切聯係。但當他聯係上她，宣城自己的受害者還有更多時，她被牽扯進了一場非同尋常的調查，調查她父親的罪行，這些罪行對受害者家人的影響，以及最終麵對自己的身份。
Moore曾寫過一本關於自己經曆的書，叫《Shattered Silence》。
